When you submit an enquiry, Shakti Ceramic / Shakti Water Care collects the information you enter: your name, mobile number, city, optional address, selected product, and requirement details. The information is used to contact you regarding the enquiry and manage customer follow-ups.

Enquiry records are saved in the business's private Cloudflare D1 database, accessible to authorized staff using the admin dashboard. The information is not intentionally sold or shared with advertising networks by this tool.

With the optional “Remember my contact details” setting, the browser saves name, phone, city, address, and PIN code locally on that device. You can clear it from your browser site data or uncheck the option on a future visit.

Website analytics may record page views and non-sensitive interaction categories (such as WhatsApp clicks, product clicks and enquiry form openings), along with anonymous browser identifiers and optional campaign tags. Analytics do not capture form field contents. Browser privacy signals that request non-tracking are respected by the provided integration script.

To request correction or deletion of your customer information, contact the business at sunkashakti@gmail.com. Data is retained until the business deletes it; the admin tool supports permanent deletion of individual records. The business is responsible for its own data retention and compliance obligations.
